Week 5: Written Application
With the written application, we hope to get to know and your background a little better to see whether or not you would be a good fit for DCG.
Week 6-7: Group Consulting Case
The Group Consulting Case allows us to observe how well you work in a team. The case is one hour long, with pre-assigned teams. In the first 45 minutes, you will be given a business problem and a series of exhibits. With your team, you should come up with a presentation with a few final recommendations. In the final 15 minutes, your team should present the case to the partners, followed by a few minutes of Q&A.
Week 8: Final Case Interviews
This 30-minute interview will be with two partners. During the interview, you will be asked a few behavioral questions and will be given a case study. The case study is an interviewer-led case study where you will be asked to do some brainstorming and calculations.
